We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping time does not include processing time. Processing time for orders vary; each product page provides the expected processing time. If you order multiple items, it is possible that they will arrive in separate boxes depending on the supplier.
We stand behind all of the products featured in our store. All orders are quality checked prior to shipment to ensure they are not sent out with any defects. Once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel it. All sales are final on personalized items, custom requests, and back issues, as noted on the product page, and on any product page that states that all sales are final. When you receive your order, please inspect your purchase and contact us if there is any damage; we will promptly replace your item. If they arrive damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for replacement with your order number.
All other items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. You will be provided a store gift card with the value of the merchandise at the time you purchased it, minus the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping. Return and replacement processes will vary by item, so please contact our customer service team.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it to us and we will refund or replace your order, minus the cost of shipping, and cover the cost of return shipping.
